Discover serenity at the Hunter’s Lodge, located in a tranquil country setting within the Sassafras River watershed. Surrounded by rolling hills and picturesque farmland, our lodge offers a peaceful escape from the demands of everyday life.

House Details

On the main floor, enjoy a living room, dining room, and kitchen. As well as two bedrooms including one king and two twins. The second floor hosts two rooms: one with 4 twin beds and the second with a queen and a twin. Step outside to a deck and take in the fresh air, overlooking nearby farm fields.

The Blue Crab

Maryland is most known for is delicious blue crabs, Maryland blue crabs have to hibernate over the winter which allows them to build up fat reserves. These fat reserves, also known as the “mustard,” give their crab meat a delicious depth of flavor that you simply won't find in any other types of crabs.
